In the event of an inability to work due to an accident or illness, you will continue to receive your salary for the time being, and your occupational retirement provision will also continue unchanged. If the inability to work leads to a permanent disability, you - and at most your dependents - are entitled to a disability pension. The benefit amount is guaranteed for life and set out in your pension plan.
