Vita Plus Collective Foundation

Vita Plus Collective Foundation at a glance

Key data in brief

The Vita Plus Collective Foundation was founded as a management retirement fund in 1961. With the pension planning solutions from the Vita Plus Collective Foundation, you can define a catalog of benefits tailored to suit your employees, which can be managed separately from the BVG basic provision. The employees benefit from the guaranteed interest earned on their pension savings, as well as from the attractive interest and risk surpluses. The security of the pension capital has top priority. It is for this reason that the pension funds’ assets are 100% protected by the financially strong and diversified insurer –  Zurich Life Insurance Company Ltd – (capital guarantee thanks to restricted assets that are regularly checked by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA). Furthermore, Zurich guarantees the interest earned on the pension savings at an interest rate which is set annually (interest guarantee). Your pension fund benefits additionally from interest and risk surpluses.
