If an employee's departure is not reported in a timely manner, what do we need to do?

If you did not report the departure of an employee in a timely manner, you can do so at any time via the Vita Portail Entreprises or the form «Leaving from the employee pension plan». You will then receive a statement that is backdated to the departure date.
