When you start a new job, you are legally obliged to transfer all of your vested benefits to the new pension fund. This also applies to pension assets that were placed for an interim period in a vested benefits account.

If you start a job and are newly insured with Vita, you will receive a request to transfer your vested benefits within the first week. To do this, complete the form "Vested benefits when changing jobs" and send it to the banks or insurance companies that manage your vested benefits accounts.

If you are insured with Vita Invest or Vita Select, you can contact your new employer or Vita (bvg@zurich.ch / 0800 80 80 80) for transfer instructions.
