What is the difference between «salary change reports» and the «annual salary registration?»

Reports regarding changed salaries concern individual employees and must be made whenever there is a change in a particular employee's salary (even during the year). The annual salary registration details, on the other hand, include the salaries of all employees and must be submitted at the beginning of each year – even for those employees whose salaries do not change.
