Vita Collective Foundation: New Foundation Board elected

The Vita Collective Foundation has a newly elected Foundation Board. Fabian Zellweger, founder and partner at Valvest Partners AG, now represents the interests of employers on the Foundation Board. Seven existing members were confirmed as employee and employer representatives at the election in spring 2025.

The general elections for the Foundation Board of the Vita Collective Foundation were held from April 22 to May 11, 2025. Petra Arnold Schlüssel (Zertus Versicherungsbroker AG), Maja Lütschg (Verein Stammgemeinschaft eHealth Aargau), Daniel Gianelli (Hochgebirgsklinik Davos AG) and Alexandra Rieben (Nobel Biocare Services AG) were re-elected as employee representatives, while Stefan Wyss (Strähl Décolletage AG), Silvia Rose (Gesellschaft der St. Anna Ärzte) and Claudia Zollinger (Antero ImmoTreuhand GmbH) were re-elected as employer representatives. Fabian Zellweger (Valvest Partners AG) will also represent the interests of employers on the Foundation Board of the Vita Collective Foundation. The constituent meeting of the new Foundation Board will take place on September 16, 2025.

"I would like to congratulate all members of the Board of Trustees on their election and wish them a successful term of office," says Werner Wüthrich, Managing Director of the Vita Collective Foundation. As the highest governing body, the Foundation Board assumes overall responsibility for the management of the foundation. The members of the Board of Trustees jointly define the strategic objectives and principles and decide on measures. The administration committee of the affiliated companies elects a new foundation board every four years. The Vita Collective Foundation once again conducted the 2025 elections electronically. The result of the election was verified by the occupational pensions expert responsible for the foundation.
