Change of correspondence address

You wish to change your correspondence address

In order for correspondence to run smoothly and for all insurance documents to be delivered to the correct address, we need your cooperation. So please inform us of any change of address at your earliest possible convenience.

How to proceed

  1. Please notify us of your new address if you have moved or would like us to send your Vita correspondence to your trustee, broker or insurance advisor in the future.
  2. To do this, please fill out the Change of correspondance address form and send it by post or email to:

Once we have received the form we will send your correspondence to the new address until further notice.
