How should we proceed when employees become unable to work?

An employee's inability to work must be reported if it lasts longer than three months (depending on the retirement provision strategy, it can also be six or twelve months). After expiration of this period, Zurich will assume payment of the premium. If the inability to work results in disability, employees may be entitled to a disability pension and a disability-linked children's. The amount of the benefits is described in the pension plan.
