In the summer of 2017, the twelve-person foundation board was elected for a period of four years. There is always the possibility that a member of the foundation board may retire during their period in office. There is currently an empty seat on the foundation board. We are looking ahead and carrying out a replacement candidate election for employee representatives. As soon as active members of the foundation board retire, replacement candidates automatically take their place. One of the newly elected replacement candidates will fill the current vacancy on the foundation board immediately after the election.
Candidature phase starts immediately
The employee representative administration committee members of all the affiliated companies of the Vita Joint Foundation are entitled to vote and nominate candidates for this interesting and responsible role. The elections will be carried out electronically. Candidates can be registered on the electronic election platform from February 15 until March 31, 2019, at the latest.
